Acceptable Use of the Service – User Responsibility

Welcome, Rejoice music App (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms For Use of Service in addition to the Terms For Use of Conditions, Privacy Policy and/or any other agreement entered into by You with Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions laid herein:

You agree while using Rejoice music Podcast Service (the “Service”) or the Site that you SHOULD NOT:

• Distribute an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's trademarked or copyrighted work;
• Alter or modify any part of the Services or Platform;
• Use the Services or Platform for any illegal purpose;
• Use any spider, readers, site search application, or other device to retrieve or index any portion of the Service or Platform, with the exception of major public search engines;
• Transmit any viruses, worms, spam or malware or other items of a destructive nature;
• Upload any content that includes code hidden or otherwise contained within the content which is unrelated to the content;
• Reformat or frame any portion of any web page that is part of the Service or Platform;
• Collect or harvest any personal identifiable information or account names or solicit users;
• Impersonate another person or artist;
• Submit any content that falsely implies sponsorship of the content by the Service or Platform, falsify or delete any author attribution in any content, or promote any information that you know is false or misleading;
• Post any links to any external Internet sites that are obscene or sexually explicit material of any kind.

User Content and Conduct

In addition to the general restrictions above, the following restrictions and conditions apply specifically to your use of the content. You will comply with laws regarding transmission of data.

You shall be solely responsible for the content uploaded by You (including musical work, sound recording etc.) and the consequences of storing and distributing your content on the Rejoice music Podcast Service or on any Rejoice music Platform. You agree and represent that Your content should have mention of Rejoice music as a platform on which the said content can be enjoyed and/or searched. You affirm, represent, and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to distribute content through platforms owned/controlled by Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd; and you license to Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd all patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights for distribution on any Rejoice music Podcast Service or Platform pursuant to the Agreement.

For clarity, you retain all of your ownership rights in your content. However, by distributing content through all Rejoice music platforms, you grant Rejoice Music India a non-exclusive and/or exclusive as per the written agreement entered into by the parties separately (“Agreement”), royalty-free, and licensable to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, perform the content in connection with any Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd (including but not limited to its successors and affiliates) business and platform owned/controlled by Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd. You hereby agree and undertake that no payment for usage/exploitation of the Content licensed by You is required to be paid by Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd in any manner whatsoever to any collecting society, entity, video/music publisher, artists, author, composer, administrator or other copyright holder.

By accepting these terms and uploading your content, you agree and understand that in the event you elect to enable downloads/offline play on any of your content, these materials will be made available to iOS and Android app users who select your material for offline play. Accepting our terms means you grant Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd the right to make your content available to users.

As a reminder - You cannot upload any third-party content which infringes on third party intellectual property or copyrights, and you cannot make any material available for download that you are not the authorized copyright holder for. You shall fully indemnify and keep indemnified, save and hold harmless and defend Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd and its directors, partners, officers, associates and employees from and against any and all claims (including regulatory and any third-party claims), counter claims, demands, penalties, any liabilities suffered or incurred, losses, damages, expenses, costs, and suits (including legal cost) that may be made or brought against them or any of them arising out of or relating to any breach inter-alia of the terms and conditions mentioned herein and/or obscene, derogatory, objectionable and defamatory nature of the Content.

You understand and agree that Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd reserves the right to delete, move, or edit any content that it may determine violates the Terms For Use of Service, Terms and Conditions and/or Privacy Policy or is otherwise unacceptable and may terminate your access to the Rejoice music Podcast Services, without prior notice and at its sole discretion. You control your data through your account and/or cookies which may be placed on your computer. Rejoice Music India maintains multiple copies of active files. Rejoice Music India bears no responsibility for maintaining your data.

These Terms For Use of Service, are in addition to and not in derogation Terms and Conditions (link), Privacy Policy (link) and or any other agreements executed by you and Rejoice music.

It is hereby agreed that in case of any discrepancy between the Terms For Use of Service and any Agreement/understanding executed between You and Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd, the Agreement/understanding executed by YOU with Rejoice Music India shall prevail over the Terms For Use of Service.

We may modify this Terms For Use of Service. Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd will provide reasonable advance notice of any material modifications to this Terms For Use of Service and the opportunity to review them except that, where legally permitted, modifications addressing newly available features of the Service or modifications made for legal reasons may be effective immediately without notice. Modifications to this Terms For Use of Service will only apply going forward. If you do not agree to the modified terms, you should remove any Content you have uploaded and discontinue your use of the Service.

Warranty Disclaimer: Other than as expressly stated in this agreement or as required by law, the service is provided “AS IS” and Rejoice Music India does not make any specific commitments or warranties about the Service. For example, We don’t make any warranties about: (a) the content provided through the Service; (b) the specific feature.

Copyright Responsibility, Royalty Policy & Content Monetization

1. Copyright Claims & Artist Liability

In the event that any third-party copyright claim is made against a song, podcast, or content uploaded by you, you—the Artist/Contributor—shall be solely responsible for resolving such claims. You must provide a valid legal response or proof of rights (e.g., license agreement, NOC, original creation declaration) within 5 (five) business days of receiving notice from Rejoice Music India Pvt Ltd.

Failure to submit such documentation within the given time frame will result in temporary or permanent removal of the disputed content from the platform. Additionally, Rejoice Music reserves the right to:

• Reclaim any royalty payments made against the disputed content
• Suspend your access to further monetization opportunities on the platform

2. Royalty Distribution Policy

Rejoice Music follows an internal ad revenue-sharing algorithm for distributing royalties. The revenue generated for each song may vary based on:

• Number of streams or downloads
• Ad impressions and CPM (Cost per Mille)
• Listener engagement and location
• Platform-level monetization rules

As a result, some songs may earn higher royalties than others, depending on platform performance metrics. The algorithm and payout logic are proprietary to Rejoice Music and may be updated from time to time.

3. No Royalty on Podcasts

Podcasts hosted or uploaded on the Rejoice Music platform are non-revenue-generating in nature. They are offered as a free service to promote spiritual growth and outreach. Accordingly, no royalty or financial compensation shall be payable for podcast content.

Monetization Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for royalty-based monetization on Rejoice Music, an Artist or Contributor must meet the following monthly minimum thresholds:

• At least 150 followers on the Rejoice Music platform, and
• A minimum of 1,000 song listens/streams within the same calendar month.

Only content creators who meet both conditions will be eligible for ad-revenue share payouts for that month. The platform reserves the right to verify analytics data, and eligibility resets at the beginning of each new month. Once you are eligible you need to send a request mail to info.rejoicemusic@gmail.com to enable Monetization.

Note: Meeting the threshold does not guarantee a fixed payout, as royalty is based on Rejoice Music's ad revenue algorithm and overall platform performance.
